Dr Sir can you inform me to what Regt and company James Pickard belongs I think he enlisted as a recruit to the 2nd Regt some time in the month of March 1862. He was taken prisoner at the first Frederickburr [Fredericksburg] battle and paroled and the last that was heard from him he was at Camp Parole in Maryland. Please inform me of his whereabouts and oblige
