Dear Genl I enclose duplicate receipts of the widow of Henry A. Pollen who was killed at the battle of Hanover Court House, as you probably saw in the list of killed and wounded, for the purpose of obtaining what was due him from the state while at Willets Point, N.Y. if any -- Bro. Veazie has kindly furnished the blanks and has offered to supply me, saying however that you want [? ] to do so, if you have them on hand--please forward one a doz. set and I will make all right after the restoration of the [ ?]
