Thayers Company, was in the action at Quebec: I now inlisted again in Catp.. Forsburys Company (of Albany) for nine months: [inserted above]I was at the Capture of Burgoine I served this term out and I was regularly discharged in Albany: I then inlisted again for one year, in Capt.. Will'm.. Albeys Company [?] Joined my Regt.. at Machias: At which place I continued till my term of inlistment was out when I received a discharge: which is herewith inclosed.-
