I Philo H. Washburn of Frankfort in the County aforesaid the Guardian of Hatevil Colson of said Frankfort duly appointed to that trust by the Hon Judge of Probate +c for the County aforesaid a copy of said letter of Guardianship is hereunto annexed -- Do hereby certify that Hatevil Colson aforesaid is the identical Hatevil Colson named in the original certificate in my profession a copy of which is as follows - viz

" No. 16,418. War Department. Revolutionary claims -- I certify that in conformity with the law of the United States of the 18th of March 1818 Hatevil Colson of Frankfort Dist't of Maine late a Private in the army of the Revolution inscribed on the Pension list Roll of the District of Maine agency at the rate of eight dollars per month to commence on the fourteenth day of September one thousand eight hundred and nineteen -- Given at the war office of the United States their thirty first day of January one thousand eight hundred and twenty. And I do further certify that to my certain knowledge the said Hatevil Colson was a resident citizen of the United States on the 18th of March 1818 and that had not at that time or since
