� I Silas Coolidge being dependent on the bounty of my country for the support of myself and Family if it be ne-cessary for me to exhibit any for the proof of [?] than is contained in the Schedule herewith I will add that having had much sickness in my Family I owe to the several Physicians I have employed about forty dollars - to Sam'l Dutton 11 Dolls Sylvester Murphy 10$ + sundry small [?] of account say 30$ amount-ing in all to more than Ninety Dollars - which debts I have no means of discharging at present I suffered much during the three years I served my Country in the Revolutionary war -- and have had much of adverse fortune since so that I am now unable to subsist without the aid of pub-lic or private charity. his Silas [mark] Coolidge mark Witness Moses I.
