Resolve making permanent provision for the purchase of the Reports and Decisions of the Supreme Judicial Court and establishing the title of said Reports (reported by Mr. Greene from the Committee on the Judiciary, on an order relative to the purchase of said Reports)

-- authorizing the acting Quarter Master General to convey a lot of land and to dispose of the Gunhouse in Wiscasset (laid upon the table by Mr. Strickland)

-- in relation to an arsenal of construction to be established at Augusta (introduced in the House) -- in favor of locating and making a road from the forks of the Kennebec River to Moosehead Lake (reported by Mr. Latham, from the Committee on State Roads, on an order relative to making an appropriation for making a road as aforesaid)

-- in favor of the Road from Brighton to Moosehead Lake (laid upon the table by Mr. Jewett) severally read once and tomorrow at ten o'clock assigned for a second reading.

Bill to regulate private Booms on Kennebec River (reported in the House by the Committee on Interior Waters, on petition of Andrew Bourk and others) read once and Wednesday next at ten o'clock assigned for a second reading.
