The boys from Hope and vicinity as a general thing are well
Wentworth has been sick and is yet in the hospital.
Pery & Dunton has not been very well lately and Bowley 2nd has been unwell for a short time. The remainder are all in the enjoyment of good health I think.
You may send me some pictures in return for the ambrotype I include with this.
In the group the man on my left is Capt McAuthur of the [1st ?] and the one standing is a Capt in the Navy.
