[Report of Committee on subject of extra session of L.L.L.P. Kennebec County.]

Committee on the subject of an extra session of the Circuit Court of Common Pleas in the County of Kennebec, reported a Resolve which was read & recommitted to the same committee with a view [?] to have it so altered as to provide for similar sessions in several of the other counties.

Communication was received from Mark Harries Esq, signifying his acceptance as Counselor; and his readiness to take and subscribe the oaths required by the Constitution to qualify him for a discharge of the duties of that office.

[Committee on subject of appointing State Printer.]

Ordered [underlined] That Mr Foxcroft and Mr O'Brien with such as the House may join, be a committee to consider the expediency of appointing a Printer for the State [bold] with leave to report by Resolve or otherwise.
