Committee appointed to consider what sum shall be allowed to each member of the Council, Senate and House of Representatives for their travel and attendance, and in what manner the same shall be paid - report a Resolve - as follows:

Resolved, That there be paid out of the Treasury of this State to each member of the Council, Senate and House of Representatives, two dollars, for each and every day attendance the present political year : and the like sum of Two dollars for every ten miles travel from their respective places of abode, to the places of the sitting of the Legislative at every session thereof.

and be it further resolved, that there be paid to the President of the Senate and to the Speaker of the House of Representatives each, Two dollars per day, for each and every days attendance, in addition to their pay as members.
