A letter was received from Thomas Fillebrown Esq signifying his acceptance as Counsellor - In Senate June 7 1820 Read and sent down Read and sent up.

Mr Moody came with a message from the Senate proposing a convention this day at 10'oclock for the purpose of qualifying Thomas Fillebrown Esq Counsellor elect, to advise the Governor in the executive part of government.

Order of this House which was sent to Senate for concurrence, committing the petition of Timothy Shaw agent for the Parish in Sanford, to the committee on Incorporation of Towns, came back nonconcurred, and the petition was in Senate June 7 1820 committed to the Joint Standing Committee on Ministerial Lands. Sent down for concurrence The House recede from their former. Vote and concur with the Senate.
