    Arthur Came of York in Said County yeoman  Plt. vs. Joseph Came of Said York Yeoman Def. in a plea of Covenant Broken this Parties agree to referr this Cause and all Demands in Dispute between them to the Determination of Maj. Jonathan Nowell Deacon Jeremiah Leavit & Mr. Nicholas Sewall who are to hear Said Parties and the Report of them or any two of them being made to this Court as Soon as may be to be final and Conclusive between Said Parties Judgment of Said Court being Entered up thereon Execution to Issue accordingly.

Frostller Yorkss/ York September 3d 1779 Pursuant to the above Rule of Court we have fully heard this Partys Pleas & Allegations & after due consideration Do Determine & report that the Said Arthur Came Recover of the Sid Joseph Came the Sum of one Hundred pounds money Damage & Costs of Courts together with Nine pounds for cost of the Referance which is in full of all Demands between Said Parties to the above Date.
