It is hoped that the great extent of country embraced by the Division, and the urgency of the occasion, will apolo gize for the dispersion of the above Order through the me dium of a Newspaper; especially when it is considered, that a dereliction of established forms is not intended, whenever those may be consistent with convenience and dispatch.
