I never knew that there were I havent been there for some time there may be; I dont say there are not. Q. By means of those pipes, or otherwise, isn't the temperature of the lodges kept at a comfortable temperature? A. No, sir, it was not when I was there the first time Q. You mean during the year and three days you were there the first time, it was not kept at a comfortable temperature? A. No sir, not in cold weather, I dont think it was. The heat came in up about as high as you could reach and passed right out Q. Can you state any thing about what the temperature would be in the lodge halls and lodges? A. Very near freezing I should think, some nights. Q. About 32 would it? A. I should think it would be very near it. Q. Was water kept in there? A. No sir. Q. Ever know any to be kept there? A. No sir. Q. And that was the condition of the temperature of the lodges how large a part of the year?
