Order alluded to as follows:

Ordered, that all messages from either House of the Legislature to the other, be communicated in writing, signed by the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives respectively and transmitted by the respective messangers of the two Houses.

In the Senate Jany 12, 1821. Read and passed. Sent down for concurrence. Read and concurred.

Mr. Brown of Freeman is added to the Committee on Incorporation of Parishes and other Religious Societies to supply the vacancy occasioned by the absence of Mr. Burnham of Limerick.

[Committee on subject of CC of Common Pleas require as to  expediency of requiring Clerks to pay monies into State Treasury]

Ordered , That so much of the Governor's Message relates to the Circuit Court of Common Pleas and the expediency of requiring that the several Clerks of Court shall pay over monies by them received to the Treasurer of the State, instead of paying the monies to the Treasurers of the several Counties.
