Sent up for concurrence.

[Committee to inform the Governor that the two Houses are proceeding on public business] An order came from the Senate appointing Messrs Bond and Seaver with such as the House may join a committee to wait on the Governor and inform him that the two branches of the Legislature are proceeding on public business and are ready to receive any communication he may be pleased to make to them, which was concurred in by the House and Messrs Moody, Trafton & Means were joined.
Ordered, that when this House adjourns it will adjourn, to meet at this place at nine o clock tomorrow morning.
