[Senate concur in postponing choice of Secretary & Treasury.]

Mr Speaker, The Senate have so far receded from their vote of this morning proposing a convention of both Houses at nine o clock tomorrow morning as relates to the election of a Secretary & Treasurer of State and concur with the House in postponing the election of those officers to some future period - and then he withdrew.
