Report on pet. of Hebron The committee on the petition of the Selectmen of Hebron that the doings of said town may be made valid — reported leave to bring in a Resolve — The report accepted in Senate came down for con-currence — and the House concurred.

Resolve - valid doings of Hebron Resolve making valid the doings of the town of Hebron — was read and passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Report - on pet. of Court of Sessions Somerset County. The committee on the petition of the Court of Sessions for the County of Somerset — reported a reference to the next Legislature. The report accepted in the Senate came down for concurrence — and the House concurred.

pet. of Caleb Marsh + al Petition[underlined] of Caleb Marsh and others of Bath for an alteration of the "act for the regulation of Inholders, retailers and common victuallers" = + - was read and referred to Messrs Thatcher of Warren, Witham of Danville and Watts of St George.
