[pet. on Ezra Drew] Petition of Ezra Drew and others praying for a Lottery. In Senate Jany 22d 1821 Read and committed to the committee on Canals, Turnpike Roads and Bridges. Sent down for concurrence Read and concurred.

[Bill Forcible Entry & Detainer] Bill entitled "An Act directing the proceedings against Forcible Entry and Detainer" came back engrossed with Amendments in which amendments this House concur.

[Bill _ Divorce _] Bill entitled "An Act regulating Divorces" came back from the Senate engrossed with an amendment and now on motion is committed to Messrs Virgin of Rumford, Redington of Vassalborough and Clark of Limington.

[Bill _ Weights & Measures] Bill entitled "An Act for the due "Regulation of Weights and Measures" came back nonconcurred by the Senate as to the amendments proposed by the House. The House now adhere to their former vote passing
