On motion of Mr Scammon, Ordered, that Mr Scammon, Abbot and Hutchins be a committee to see what alterations if any, are necessary in the act regulating the admission of Attornies and authorizing particular persons in certain cases to prosecute and defend suits at Law, with leave to report by bill or otherwise. - read and passed.

On motion of Mr Fuller, Ordered, That the Senate be requested to take from their files and send to this House, the petition of Dudley Fogg & others (with the accompanying papers) praying to be annexed to Readfield - read and passed.
