Ordered, that Messrs Wilkins, Tolman & Bisbee be a committee to consider the expediency of providing by law for the furnishing of each town and organized plantation in this state, with one copy of the reports of the Supreme Judicial Court, with leave to report by bill or otherwise - read and passed.
