[Bill - usury] Bill "for the restraining the taking of excessive usury" came back from the Senate endorsed as follows viz In Senate March 6th 1821 The Senate adhere to the vote by which they passed this Bill to be engrossed, as taken into a new draft - ordered to lay on the table.

[Bill - Sheriffs, Constables] Bill "defining the general Powers & Duties and regulating the office of Sheriffs and of Constables" came back from the Senate endorsed as follows: viz The Senate nonconcur in the further amendment proposed by the House at O and adhere to their note passing this Bill to be engrossed. Ordered to be on the table.

[Conference on Bill respecting Usury] Ordered that Messrs Holland of Jay, Moody of Kennebunk and Rollins of Nobleborough be a committee to confer with such committee as the Senate may appoint, on the subject of difference of the two Houses regarding the Bill for the restraining the taking of excessive usury."
