Is it or not the duty of an attendant, enjoined upon him, to report inefficiencies or abuses that occur on the part of other attendants, and coming within his knowledge? Is it not a part of an attendants duty to report to some superior officer any case of abuse or personal ill treatment of a patient which he observes? A. I regard it so.
