Resolve from the Senate providing for the further compensation of the Secretary of the Senate and Clerk of the House of Representatives for their services the last session of the Legislature. In Senate Jany 29 1821 Passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence Read and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

[Resolve - respecting the Treaty with the Penobscot Indians &c.]

Resolve respecting the Treaty with the Penobscot Indians came back from the Senate with amendments in which the House nonconcur & pass a vote to adhere to their former vote.

Genl Nowell, the member from Arundel appeared and took his seat: The House voting to excuse him for his absence till this, day, on account of ill health.
