According to notice, Mr Wilson of Bingham moved a reconsideration of the vote refusing to pass the Bill "to incorporate Anson Academy to be enacted which motion prevailed. Commodore Tucker then moved that the further consideration of the Bill be postponed to the next Legislature which motion also prevailed.
