[Rep. on pet of Thomas Coss & Joseph Blish —] The committee on the petition of Thomas Coss & Joseph Blish reported leave to withdraw. The report accepted in the Senate came down for concurrence — and the House concurred

[Leave of absence] Messrs Virgin & Bridgham had leave of absence.

[Bill — logs, masts, spars &c] The Bill, "in addition to an act to secure to owners their property in logs, masts, spars, and other timber in certain cases," which passed this House the 2b ulto. came from the Senate amended in a new draft, for the concurrence of the House — and the House concurred.

[Bill - school fund Freeman] The Bill "to incorporate the Trustees of the School fund in the town of Freeman" which passed this House the 10th inst, came from the Senate amended & in a new draft, for the concurrence of the House — and the House concurred.

[Academy at Anson] [papers referred] On motion of Mr McFadden, Ordered that the papers relating to the application for an Academy at Anson which were before the Legislature the last session, be taken from the files of the Senate and referred to Messrs McFadden of Emden, Randall of Freeman & Fox of Parsonsfield.
