[Bill - regulating Divorces]

Bill entitled "An Act regulating Divorces' being reported by the Committee on Engrossed bills as duly engrossed: on motion the vote of this House passing the same to be engrossed is reconsidered and the Bill amended in the 3d section by striking out the words "Provided that no divorce for such cause shall be had, unless a libel shall be filed in the Clerks office and duly proved within one year after the passing of this Act, or within one year after such marriage": when the Bill was again passed to be engrossed as further amended and sent up to the Senate for their concurrence.
