Bradbury and Burnham were joined on the part of the Senate.

Emery, Kendall & Weymouth, with such as the Senate may join be a committee to take into consideration the expediency of revising so much of the third section of the "Act to provide for the Education of Youth," as relates to the choice of an Agent for each District.  Also to revise any part of said Act that may be thought advisable, with leave to report by Bill or otherwise, came up for concurrence.  Read and concurred and Messrs. Ripley and Dennett were joined on the part of the Senate.
