[724 [1822 Jan. 16-] [Reports on petitions] of said petition should not be granted, also on the Petition of Benjamin Mantor and others of Anson praying to be set off and annexed to the town of Industry - have leave to withdraw; also on the Petition of Abel Goodall and others - that petitions cause an attested copy of their petition and the order thereon to be published in the Bangor Register and Hallowell Advocate three weeks successively - the last publication to be thirty days before the first session of the next Legislature - to the end all persons interested may then appear and shew[show] cause if any they have; why the prayer of said petition should not be granted - and also on the Petition of the Inhabitants of Plantation No. 2 West of Concord that petitioners cause an attested copy of their petition and this order thereon to be served on the Town Clerk of Concord sixty days before the first wednesday of the first Session of the next Legislature - to the end any persons interested may then appear and shew[show] cause, if any they have why the prayer of said petition should not be granted. All which reports were severally read and accepted & sent down for concurrence - came up concurred.
