[Resolve] Resolve directing one set of the Laws to be furnished to the Hon. Judge Story. -

[Bills read] Bill in addition to An Act to establish Courts of Sessions read & tomorrow at ten o'clock assigned for a second reading - and committed to the Committee on Bills in second reading. Bill to authorize the sale of Ministerial and School lands in the town of Andover - read a second time and committed to Messrs. Seaver and Wheeler.

[Committee on S.J. Court Act.] Ordered that Messrs. Bond and Dennett be a committee to consider whether any and what alteration ought to be made in the Act establishing a Supreme Judicial Court within this State passed June 24, 1820 - with leave to report by Bill or otherwise.

[Report on Committees on Banks] The report of the Committee on Banks, granting Abner Bourn & others leave to withdraw their petition, accepted and sent down came up from the House non concurred - and recommitted. The Senate reconsider their former vote, and concur with the House in recommitting the petition.

[Report] Mr. Ripley from the joint committee to whom was referred the petition of the Selectmen of Durham, reported that petitioners have leave to withdraw. Report accepted and sent down for concurrence - came up concurred.

[Report] Mr. Dennett from the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges & Canals reported on the petition of John Bannock - and of Suther H. Hills & al. that leave be granted to bring in Bills. Reports read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence - came up concurred.

[Report] Mr. Witham from the Committee to whom that subject was referred reported a Resolve on the petition of Timothy Osgood, which was read & committed to the Committee on Bills in second reading
