[66] [1822 Jan. 14] The following Petitions committed in the House to the joint standing Committee on Incorporation of Parishes etc. etc. came up for concurrence - to wit - [Petitions committed] Petition of Charles Fox & others for the incorporation of the Grand Royal Arch Chapter etc. of Maine - and " of the Town of Wilton praying for incorporation of certain persons as trustees of a Ministerial Fund - and they were severally read and committed to the same committee in concurrence with the House.

[Petitions committed to Committee on incorporation of towns] The following Petitions & Remonstrances committed in the House to the joint standing Committee on Incorporation of Towns - came up for concurrence - to wit Petition of Abel Goodell & others of Township No. 7. in 7th range and No. 9 in the 8th range to be removed from the county of Somerset and annexed to the county of Penobscot - Petition of the Inhabitants of the Town of Harrington county of Washington praying that a range of lots in Columbia may be annexed to said Harrington - Petition of Abel Goodel and others for the incorporation of No. 9 by the name of Monson, - Remonstrance of the Inhabitants of Norridgewock against the erection of a new county by dismemberment of Somerset etc. and the Remonstrance of the Selectmen of town of Scarborough against petition of certain persons praying to be incorporated into a town by the name of Albion - and they were severally read and committed to the same committee in concurrence with the House.

[Petitions committed to the committee on New Trials] The following petitions committed in the House to the Joint standing Committee on New Trials, came up for concurrence - to wit - Petition of Samuel McLellan Junr. praying that his marriage may for certain reasons be dissolved - and -
