Ordered that Messrs. Poor and Bond, with such as the House may join, be a committee to take into consideration the expediency of passing a law by which Defendants in all civil actions may have the privilege of a tender to the Plf. or his Attorney the amount of debt and legal costs already risen, at any time previous to the entry of the action, and thereby stop any further proceedings and costs, with leave to report by bill or otherwise.
