[156] Saturday morning Feb. 2, 1822[centered] [1822 Feb. 2] [Bill] Bill to regulate the exportation of provisions in certain cases passed to be engrossed in the House - came up for concurrence. Read twice and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the House.

[Report on petition] Mr. Buxton from the Committee on Parishes &c. reported that the Selectmen of Joy have leave to withdraw their petition - Report read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence - came up concurred.

[Bills respect'ly Court of Sessions] Bill in addition to an Act to establish Courts of Sessions came up with the indorsement[endorsement] - "that the House adhere to then former vote adopting amendments to the Bill" - read and ordered that the Senate adhere to their former vote non concurring in the amendments of the House - and thereupo futher Ordered that Messrs. Holland and Wheeler be a committee of conference on the part of the Senate as to the disagreement of the two houses relating to the Bill aforesaid.

[Committee on conference thereon] Ordered that the Secretary inform the House of Representatives that the Senate have appointed on their part Messrs. Holland and Wheeler a Committee of conference on the disagreement of the two Houses in regard to the Bill in addition to an Act to establish Courts of Sessions - and to request the concurrence of the House of Representatives.

A message from the House by Mr. Child their Clerk; "Mr. President, The House of Representatives concur in the proposition of the Senate for a committee of conference on the disagreement of the two Houses in the Bill in addition to an Act to establish the Courts of Sessions - and have on their part appointed Messrs. Virgin, Downs and Wentworth on that committee."

[Report on petition] Mr. Bond from the committee on new Trials reported on the petition of Nancy Buchnam - that she have leave to bring in a Resolve - Report accepted. Sent down for concurrence - conc'd.
