The punishment of State convicts. Costs in Criminal Prosecutions. Circuit Court of Common Pleas. The Claim of Massachusetts and Maine against the United States for Militia services in the late war. The Militia Law. The Resolutions of Maryland respecting the public lands belonging to the United States. - The Annual State Tax, and the taxing sales at auction - The expediency of laying a tax on distilled spirits consumed within the State - The districting of the State for the choice of Representatives to Congress - and - The revisal of the several laws now in force in this State respecting poor debtors - and that the Legislature may have a recess on the first friday of February next.
