The report of Committee on Solomon Adams' & others petition accepted by the Senate & sent down - came up non-concurred and recommitted by the House to the Committee on incorporation of towns - : the Senate concur in recommitting of the petition.

[Report of Committee] Mr. Bond from the Committee on New Trials reported that David Prince and others, inhabitants of Cumberland have leave to withdraw their petition - report read and accepted - sent down for concurrence - came up concurred.

[Reports of Committee] Mr. Green from the Committee on Incorporation of Towns reported on the following petitions that leave be granted to withdraw - to wit - Petition of Charles Leavens, petition of Joseph Little & als of Brewer and Rufus Bartlet & sundry others petitioners that Belfast be made a halfshire town - also that Selectmen of Warsaw - and the Inhabitants of Plantation No. 1. 3rd Range - have leave to bring in Bills - and that the Inhabitants of Vinal Haven cause an attested copy of their petition and the order thereon to be published in the Belfast Gazette three weeks successively, the last publication to be thirty days before the first wednesday of the next legislature: - also that Israel Millet & others give notice of their petition by causing a copy thereof and of the order thereon to be served on the town clerks of Bowdoin and Bowdoinham sixty days before the first wednesday of the next legislature - and that Samuel Davis give notice of his petition by causing an attested copy thereof and the order thereon to be served on the town clerks of Harrington and Steuben - sixty days before the first session of the next legislature - Which reports were severally read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred.
