Bill - in addition to an Act regulating elections - passed to be engrossed as read a second time with amendments. - Sent down for concurrence. Bill - in addition to an Act to establish the Cumberland and Oxford Canal Corporation was read twice and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the House. Bill to change the name and style of Saco Academy in the county of York - was read twice and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the House. Resolve granting a pension to Timothy Hall Jun'r. passed to be engrossed - as taken into a new draft - by the Committee on Bills in the second reading. Sent down for concurrence.

[Bills to be enacted] The following Bills reported by the Committee on engrossed Bills to be truly engrossed, were passed to be enacted - to wit Bills entitled - An Act to regulate the taking of Alewives at Neguasset falls in the town of Woolwich - " An Act to incorporate the officers and members of the Grand Royal Arch Chapter of Maine " An Act to incorporate the Master, Wardens and members of the Amity Lodge " An Act to Incorporate the Master, Wardens and members of Waterville Lodge.
