[Parts of Governors Message referred] On motion of Mr. Stebbins, Ordered that so much of the Governors Message as relates to the support and education of the Deaf and Dumb in this State, be referred to the Committee who have under consideration the message of the 8th Inst. on the same subject. Ordered that so much of the Governor's Message of the 7th Inst. as relates to to the State Prison the communication of the Governor General of Canada and the escape of offenders from justice be referred to Messrs. Stebbins and Prime with such as the House may join. Sent down for concurrence
