Bill "in addition to an Act establishing a Supreme Court within this State" In Senate March 1st 1821. Passed to be engrossed Sent down for concurrence Read a first, second & third time and passed to be engrossed.

[Committee - furnish returns of votes &c]

Ordered "that Messrs Lock of Chesterville, Adams of Portland and Emerson of Machias be a Committee to enquire into the expediency of furnishing the several towns and plantations in this State with Blank forms and returns of votes for Governor, Senators and Representatives which may be given in on the 2nd Monday of September next with leave to report by resolve or otherwise. Read and passed.

[Bill - to set off Jonathan Moody from Whitfield to Malta -]

Bill "to set off Jonathan Moody with his family and estate from the town of Whitefield and to annex them to the Town of Malta" was called up and amended by striking out the word "Malta" and inserting instead thereof the word "Gerry" and passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence
