[Committee appointed to address Governors &c]

Report on petition of William Stinson & others for the removal of James M Rogers &c came again from the Senate, that body reconsidering their vote referring the subject to the next Legislature and noew accepting the same - The House concurred in the acceptance of the report and appointed on their part to address the Governor & Council for the removal of said Rogers Messrs Dunlap, Moore & Pike - The Senate on their part appointed Messrs Bond & Usher.
