Smith Esq. may be authorized to execute a Deed, committed in the House to the Committee on New Trials, came up for concurrence, was read and concurred. Petition of the Congregational Society 2nd Parish at Shapleigh to sell Ministerial Lands; Petition of Shapleigh to sell Ministerial Lands; and Petition of Proprietors of East Meeting House at Machias for a new Act of Incorporation, committed in the House to the Committee on Parishes &c. came up for concurrence, were severally read and concurred.
