[Reports of Committees] Mr Green from the Committee on the Incorporation of Towns reported that Simeon Foster & others have leave to bring in a Bill to incorporate the town of Cooper - Report accepted - Sent down for concurrence - A message was received from the House requesting that the Bill authorizing the sale of ministerial and school lands in Sangerville - together with the papers relating thereto - be sent down - On motion - Ordered that said bill an papers be sent according to the request of the House of Representatives.
