Judge Burgin of Eastport has leave of absence after Friday next, during the remainder of the Session.

[Report - Humphrey Purrington & als - Saml. Veazie & als -]

Committee to whom was referred the Report of the joint Committee on the petition of Humphrey Purrington and others - also the Remonstrance of Samuel Veazie and others - report that it is expedient for the House to nonconcur the Senate in their refusal to accept the Report of the joint Committee giving the petitioners leave to bring in a Bill - and the House now accept the said Report of the Joint Committee. Sent up.

[Committee - Stationary for the several departments]

Ordered that Messrs Parsons, Hutchins and Clark be a Committee to enquire in what manner the necessary articles of Stationary for the offices of the Adjunct General, Secretary and Treasurer of State and Quarter Master General, and also for the Executive and Legislative departments of Government shall be provided, with leave to report by Resolve or otherwise.
