[Committee on the securing the Records against Fire] On motion of Mr. Churchill, Ordered that Messrs. Churchill and Shepard with such as the House may join, be a Committee to take into consideration what measures ought to be taken the better to secure the public Records of the State from fire and other casualties, with leave to report by Bill or otherwise: Sent down for concurrence was concurred and Messrs. Russell, Wing and Hall were joined.

[Bills] Bill to incorporate the town of Alexander; Bill to incorporate the town of Baring; and Bill to incorporate the town of Charlotte; were severally read twice and passed to be engrossed: Sent down for concurrence.
