[Bills] The following Bills having been read twice passed to be engrossed to wit. Bill to incorporate the Maine Historical Society as taken into a new draft by the House. Bill authorizing the executor of the Will of Benjamin Cole to sell certain lands. Bill to set off lot Number 7 in range thirteen of township number four in the county of Oxford and annex the same to the town of Dixfield - as taken into a new draft - Sent down for concurrence

[Bills refused 2nd reading] The following Bills passed to be engrossed in the House came up for concurrence - and they were severally read a first time and refused a second reading - viz. Bill to authorize the sale of School lands in Hartford. Bill to incorporate the Castine School fund. Bill to incorporate the Castine Ministerial Fund Bill to incorporate the Trustees of the Funds of the first Baptist Society in the town of Surry.

[Bills read &c.] Bill to establish a Court of Common Pleas came up from the House with amendments. - Read and this afternoon at four o'clock assigned for the further consideration thereof. Bill - additional respecting the Wiscasset Bank - passed to be engrossed in the House, came up for concurrence. Read and this afternoon at four o'clock assigned for second reading and committed to Messrs. Ripley & Tuttle.

Bill providing for the relief of the Penobscot and other Indians read a second time; and the further consideration thereof postponed until tomorrow at ten o'clock - Bill in addition to An Act to establish Courts of Sessions came up from the House passed to be engrossed with amendments - The Senate non concur with the amendments of the House - and
