[Report on petition] Mr. Buxton from the Committee on Parishes &c. reported that the Selectmen of Joy have leave to withdraw their petition - Report read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence - came up concurred.
[Bills respect'g Court of Sessions] Bill in addition to an Act to establish Courts of Sessions came up with the indorsement[endorsement] - "that the House adhere to their former vote adopting amendments to the Bill" - read and ordered that the Senate adhere to their former vote non concurring in the amendments of the House - and thereupon futher Ordered that Messrs.
