Bill in addition to an Act to establish Courts of Sessions came up with the indorsement[endorsement] - "that the House adhere to their former vote adopting amendments to the Bill" - read and ordered that the Senate adhere to their former vote non concurring in the amendments of the House - and thereupon futher

Ordered that Messrs. Holland and Wheeler be a committee of conference on the part of the Senate as to the disagreement of the two houses relating to the Bill aforesaid.
