On motion of Mr Delano of Woolwich the Report of the Committee on the petition of Thurston Card is called up and the vote concurring with the Senate in rejecting the passage of the Resolve is reconsidered and the same is committed to Messrs Delano, Read of Strong & Burr of Starks.
