Your favor of the 18th went by
some mistake was sent to the third Regt. and I did not access it in time to recover by today's mail.
We have had no serious
difficulty - in our Commissary department, or in any other, since leaving Bangor. We have a number of men in our REgt (+ I suppose every other Vol. Regt is afflicted in the same way) that it was a holiday affair and that they would have nothing to do + have plum pudding + custard pie everyday - those individuals are slightly disappointed - still they would have got any at all
