Mr. Pond from the Committee to whom was referred the Report of the Committee on the Judiciary of February 11th granting leave to withdraw on sundry petitions, reported that the Committee had considered the subject referred to them and recommend that the Report of the Committee on the Judiciary be accepted, and the same was accepted accordingly. Sent down for concurrence
