Mr. Kimball from the Committee reported "Bill additional to "An Act to establish a Registry of Deeds for the Western District of Lincoln County" and the same was read a second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.

Resolve relating to State printing came up and the Senate propose a Conference and appoint, on their part Messrs Scamman, Kimball and Parsons conferees
