A message came up from the House concurring in the above proposition -

[Resolve relating to printing for State]

The Committee on Engrossed Bills - reported that they had examined a Resolve relating to the printing for the State and find the same correctly engrossed - Read and passed -

[Report on the Accts. of Treasurer of State]

The Joint Committee to whom was referred the Report of the Treasurer of State -made a written Report - which was read - accepted and sent down for concurrence - came up concurred -

[Resolve relating to Bangor Bank]

The Joint Standing Committee on Banks and Banking - reported a Resolve on the subject of Bangor Bank - Read and passed and sent down for concurrence -

[Bill respecting Public records]

The bill respecting the public records of the State - was read a second time and passed to be engrossed - sent down for concurrence -

[Pet: Thos. Patten et als]

On motion of Mr Burnham - the Petition of Thomas Patten praying to be annexed to Hampden was ordered to be taken from the files of the Senate and laid upon the table - Referred to the Joint Standing Committee on Incorporation of Towns -and sent down for concurrence -
